goodness knows I am missing Sydney very much right now.

maybe just maybe, I might consider living there again after all. it’d be easier than having to get accustomed to somewhere completely new

the final lap

i’m back from my VERY good break in melb and am now ready to face the final lap of my uni career. which includes writing and finishing one paper by today. i would have given a deep sigh but now i’m just really thankful to God for the opportunity i had to go to melbourne and it was really a very good break, seeing a new place, spending endless hours reading in the bookshops, chilling at cafes outdoors, and most happily, catching up with old friends. so no sighs today… just a deep breath and firm resolution to get everything done, and to survive the next and last few weeks of school, ever.

but holy crap, its 30DEGREES outside today and its a beautiful day. i so want to go out. maybe i’ll go for a short run round the oval later today.

they’re having an end-of-semester party, while I’m some pathetic figure sitting at my desk in the darkness of my sadly lit room knowing that I still have one more day of school tmr. AND that I’m probably gonna have to spend the night finishing up an assignment due tmr. the price of procrastination…

to look on the bright side though, tmr’s the last day of school for me in this crappy institution for the next year. wheeee!:)

okokay, back 2 work. I’ve gotta go dig up my noise cancelling headphones so I don’t have to hear the excruciating cheers of joy coming from that 1 door down……..

feeling a tad depressed and in pain now. my ‘shopping therapy’ is on hold- and by shopping therapy I mean SUPERMARKET shopping becuase I hate all other shopping. these days if I’m in the mart I merely head in for bread and milk and walk straight out lest I end up seeing other stuff and buying them. I’m currently overstocked on food, seeing as to how I’ll be leaving oz in under 6 weeks. so that means I can’t afford to buy anymore food, thus leaving me void of my favourite hobby.

but alas, I shall drown my sorrows in studies, watch Japanese dramas over dinner, and pour out my soul writing in my Jap blog.

unproductive!!!!!! I haven’t done anything since reaching home! >.<

today was sucha nice day though! our 9am social psych lab got disrupted because the matthews building had an evacuation! well ha ha, there was no way I was gonna walk down 9 storeys so I took the lift with a couple of mates. HA HA! and then we had the rest of our class activity held on the library lawn… the weather was perfect! nice warm sun with the coolness in the air :) Praise God for such a beautiful day!

today’s lab class was one of those few moments when I was reminded that I AM in australia and however much I think it sucks, there are still some beautiful days and lovely times begging to be appreciated. and so I did and I will…
