funny how I’ve been listening to this J-pop song by Ayumi Hamasaki. I never actually listened to any J-pop at all whilst in Japan because sadly, while I was there I tried so hard to distinguish myself as a gaijin. stupid gaijin, I was. anyway it’s quite addictive ha ha though those people who know me would know that I rarely step out of my classical/jazz genre of music. hee hee. I just realised that the songs that I usually hear ever so often when I’m gorging myself with sushi in sakae sushi are by ayumi! ha ha..
so, I gained an hour this weekend. but it doesn’t feel like much (and in actual fact, it really isn’t). I still barely managed to wake up for church service today. OH ya know what, ha ha, fancy meeting a familiar face in the city in the morning. I met bu/rger and some of her sta/rbu/cks crew roaming around Liverpool st HA HA omg. they’re on holiday here. I was like… OMG. talk about a small world.
okay I’m still dead cuz as of this week I’m 3 journal entries behind for my intercultural comm class reflections. I think for one of the entries I’m gonna write about the film The Spanish Apartment that was shown on tv last night… :) it was おもしろかった [interesting] and I need to get out of this habit of mixing Eng with Jap or pretty soon I’ll be creating a language similar to SINGLISH ha ha
P/s I wonder how long I can keep this English blogging going… it’s so uninteresting to write in Eng these days!!
